How to use it
- Open Portfolio and confirm the business and editing language.
- Choose the add action or edit an existing item.
- Complete the content and media fields described below.
- Save as Draft while preparing the item; select Published when the publication requirements are met.
- Save and review the item on the public business page when the business is publicly accessible.
Fields and behaviour
Explain the project goals, work and outcome in the full description. Use the short description to summarize the case study.
Add a main image, optional gallery and public video. Draft and Published are separate states.
Every field explained
- Project title
- Use the customer-facing name of this item. A precise name helps customers distinguish it from your other listings.
- Short description
- Summarize what the customer gets and who it is for. This text is used on cards and as a description in discovery.
- Full description
- Explain what is included, how it works and what the customer should know before taking action. A short summary does not replace this detail.
- Main image
- Upload the image that represents this item on its card and detail view. Publishing requires a main image in this module.
- Gallery images
- Use the gallery for useful additional views. Each image should add information, rather than repeat the same view.
- Video URL
- Enter a public video link. This is a URL field, not a video-file upload control.
- Status
- Keep Draft while preparing content. Published requests publication and still requires all server validation rules to pass.
Before you continue
Publishing requires complete English content and a main image. Deleting removes the item and its uploaded media permanently.
Worked example
Example: describe a completed project with its initial goal, your contribution and the actual outcome. Use the gallery to show different stages or results. Explain the project itself rather than copying the business introduction into every project.
When publication is blocked
Complete the English title, short description, and full description before publishing.
Add a main image before publishing.
If the error names English content, switch the workspace editing language to English and complete those fields. Re-saving the current translation alone will not satisfy that requirement.
