How to use it
- Open Publish and review the checklist.
- Complete the default-language name, descriptions and business type.
- Add a primary category, logo, at least one contact method and a primary location.
- Review recommended improvements and previews.
- Publish when blockers are resolved; check visibility and the public link.
- For a live business, use the available update or unpublish action when appropriate.
Fields and behaviour
Profile, primary category, logo, contact and primary location checks can block publication. Cover, SEO, published products/services and FAQ are recommendations.
Unverified status and private visibility generate warnings. Publication is checked again on the server.
Published and Public are different controls. A published private business is not accessible through its public page.
Before you continue
If publishing fails, resolve the current server error rather than relying only on a previously completed checklist.
Worked example
Example: a business may have products ready but still lack a logo and primary location. Publishing those products does not resolve the business-level blockers. Complete the missing profile checks, publish the business, then confirm its visibility allows the public access you want.
