How to use it
- Open Reviews in the business workspace.
- Read the rating, review and publication state.
- Choose the available reply action.
- Write a relevant response and save.
- Edit or delete your reply using its controls when needed.
Fields and behaviour
The official reply is associated with the customer review. The customer’s rating and text remain separate.
When a customer edits a review, it returns to moderation and the previous reply is removed.
